A Detailed Training Programme;
This programme will guide your preparation over a six week period for Winter Sports activity.
It builds through various phases of Strength and Conditioning principles safely and effectively to;
Reduce injury risk,
Improve conditioning markers
Improve ski and snowboard performance
Included within the programme is a Prerequisite Testing section to guide you towards working on one of the Programme Phases;

Progressive
Following testing the programme delivers an easy-to-follow format that achieves a well-structured, periodised (planned stages of work and recovery to facilitate adaptation) programme for different levels of winter sports enthusiasts - beginner to expert.
Video guidance is included to aid in the correct execution of exercise technique. The content is easily accessible for all, adjusted for your current conditioning levels and requires minimal equipment, space and time.
The content has been designed by David Lee - Chartered Physiotherapist and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. David has worked extensively with many different types of athletes at amateur to elite level and has a particular interest in sport related biomechanics, movement patterning and performance programmes.
